The ISA is being conducted and hosted through the collaborative effort of the Executive Board of the Heart of America Joint Terrorism Task Force. Registration fees and funds will be accepted and administered solely by the designated treasury agency Sponsorships, financial assistance and contributions in support of the conference may not be offered to the FBI, but may be accepted by other participating agencies, provided they have the requisite authority to accept such. The initials "FBI" and the Bureau seal are protected by statute, Title 18, USC Sections 701 and 709, and may not be used or displayed by third parties without the express written permission of the Director of the FBI.
