You’re sure to make a lasting impression on attendees who gather for these popular luncheons. Signage with your company’s name and logo will appear at the entrances and your company will be verbally recognized during the luncheon. Your company receives four tickets to each luncheon sponsored.
General Assembly
$12,000 each (3 available: Tues., Wed., Thurs.)
Sponsoring a General Assembly will highlight your company to an audience of approximately 1,000 top professionals at the start of each day. Signage with your company’s name and logo will appear at the entrances and your company will be verbally recognized during the Assembly. Your company receives exclusive reserved seating for ten at the session.
Networking Coffee Breaks
$5,000 per day (2 breaks/day: Tues., Wed., Thurs.)
Keep your clients and prospective customers at their peak! As attendees grab a cup of coffee, they’ll be reminded of your brand when you sponsor this much-appreciated service. Signs including your organization’s name and logo will be placed at each coffee station, and you can provide customized paper cups and napkins too.
Receptions
$10,000 each (Monday, Tuesday SOLD)
Receptions offer an ideal environment for making meaningful connections as attendees network and enjoy refreshments during these popular receptions on Monday and Tuesday, 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm. Your company’s name and logo will be prominently displayed on signage at the entrance. You may provide napkins with your logo.
Banquet
Exclusive, $30,000
