Help attendees stay connected at the Symposium when you sponsor this popular area. Your company will be highlighted on each computer’s screensaver. You can even supply mouse pads with your name and logo for use at each station.
Portfolio
Exclusive $20,000
Showcase your embossed company logo, along with that of the conference itself, on this handsome black portfolio given to each attendee and exhibiting company. This portfolio will be visible daily as registrants take notes during educational sessions, plus it will have a life long after the Symposium as registrants take it back with them to their workplaces.

As sponsor, your name will be in the hands of clients and prospects with this handy, pocket-sized schedule. Distributed with the registration materials, it is the primary resource attendees use to locate educational sessions and events and plan their schedules. Your organization’s name and logo will appear prominently on the inside or back panel.
Tote Bags
Exclusive $15,000
Attractive black canvas tote bags, available with four-color imprinting of your company’s name and logo, will be given to each attendee and exhibiting company. This handy carryall contains the Program Guide and other Symposium materials used by attendees each and every day of the event. That means three days with your brand identity “walking” everywhere you look!
Tote Bag Insert
$2,500 per sponsor (5 available)
Make an impression when you put your company’s product information into the hands of qualified buyers right from the start! Your preprinted, single 8½” x 11” sheet of promotional literature about your company’s products or services will be placed into each attendee’s tote bag. Please note: Promotional literature must be submitted in advance for approval.
Scholarships
$1,500 each
Your sponsorship pays for two law enforcement members or first responders to attend the Symposium. Your company name will appear in the “Honor Roll” section of the Program Guide.
